Two "birdies" itemising spare parts for the helicopter in the hangar, Kanimbla
Description
Two seated soldiers itemising spare parts for the helicopter in the hangar. Peter Churcher recalled, "This drawing simply depicts ordinary everyday activities that go on. These men are referred to as "birdies" a colloquial term for the aviation crew. Their task is to check and itemise the spare parts of the helicopter which is their role to maintain".
