The modified Leander class cruiser HMAS Sydney in her war paint in 1941. This camouflage pattern consisting of 507A (dark grey) patches on 507C (light grey) was similar on both sides, it was worn from late 1940 until late 1941 with some minor variations made during that time. Several months prior to her sinking she took on a different camouflage pattern, again using two greys.
