Balikpapan, Borneo. 1945-07-03. A flame throwing tank of 1 Australian Armoured Regiment in action against a Japanese bunker set into a hill beside Tank Road. The Regiment's tanks were supporting an advance towards the town by A Company, 2/10th Australian Infantry Battalion during Operation Oboe 2.
