Description
An M113A1 Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC), 12C, registration number 134499, of B Squadron, 3rd/4th Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hill Wharf, waiting to be loaded on a ship bound for East Timor where the Regiment will join the International Force for East Timor (Interfet). There small cartoon figure of what appears to be a soldier wearing a feathered Roman helmet painted on the side of the APC near the Driver's hatch, and a scorpion painted in black on the front of the vehicle. The APC has a Cadilac GAGE T50 turret and one .50 calibre machine gun and one .30 calibre machine gun.
