Informal portrait of Sister Evelyn Davies dressed in wet weather clothing, carrying a lantern. Sister Davies enlisted in the Australian Army Nursing Service (AANS) on 5 May 1915 and returned to Australia on 20 May 1919 after serving in Egypt, India, England and France.
