Description
Miss Merrin Wilson, Monitress, Detonator Section, in her office. The duties of a monitress are to be directly responsible to Personnel Office and in line to Head of the Section. To materially assist the PO in his chief function i.e creating and maintaining a contented labour force. To keep the PO posted on all matters concerning the personal welfare of the operatives. To control and co ordinate the activities of the assistant monitress and generally supervise their work.
