Description
Crew from right section, "K" Troops, 11 Battery, 2/3 Australian Tank Attack Regiment, moving their 6-pounder gun into position at Arndt Point for beach defence task. They are framed by rocks on the left and a tree on the right. In the background, sea cliffs and jungle. The remains of the gun in the foreground are of a 37th Japanese anti-tank gun which had been in this position in the same role.
