Description
A scene in the Lautem Province of Portuguese Timor, the district in which "H" Detachment of "Lancer Force", under Lieutenant C.D Doig of 2/2nd Australian Independent Company, did such good work in obtaining food for the rest of the Force in addition to valuable information as to the enemy's movements.
