A group of soldiers and a Red Cross nurse from the 2nd Field Ambulance, Vung Tau, Vietnam, involved in moving a soldier on a stretcher from an ambulance during a medical evacuation; two helicopters seen above. The nurse has been identified as Winsome Aylilffe.
