Tent lines of a camp on the Aegean island of Imbros, which the Allies used as a base during the Gallipoli campaign. In the middle distance on the left are stockpiles of stores. Three general service wagons are standing next to some buildings, which were possibly part of the town of Kephalos. In the distance various vessels can be seen in the harbour.
