Group portrait of Flight Sergeants of 467 Squadron at an RAF base in the United Kingdom. In the front row, third from the left is an unidentified pilot, indicated by the two wings on his chest. In the back row, third from the right is 419481 Sgt (Later Flight Sergeant) Leonard Haig Porritt, RAAF, of Beechworth, Vic, who was killed in action over France on 8 July 1944 shortly after the group portrait was taken. There were no survivors from the crew of the Lancaster aircraft LM338 which also included: 418012 Pilot Officer (PO) Philip Wyatt Ryan, RAAF; 1591247 Sergeant George Arthur Hays, RAF; 415032 Warrant Officer (WO) Clifford Cecil Jones, RAAF; 425605 Flt Sgt Verne Edward Cockroft, RAAF; 408443 Flt Sgt William Deldon Douglas Killworth, RAAF; 429643 Flt Sgt James Pat Steffan, RAAF.
