Description
Studio portrait of 2800 Private (Pte) Morriss Anderson Cations, 9th Reinforcements, 14th Battalion, of Geelong, Vic. Pte Cations enlisted on 20 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Hororata on 27 September 1915. He died of wounds on 15 January 1917 mear Geudecourt on the Somme, France, while serving with the 46th Battalion. See also DA10055.
