Description
Studio portrait probably of 3062 Private (Pte) John Campbell, 10th Reinforcements, 5th Battalion, of Carlton, Vic, aged 22. Pte Campbell enlisted on 10 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Osterley on 29 September 1915. He died of wounds on 9 August 1916 in France.
