Description
Studio portrait probably of 7998 Gunner (Gnr) John Felix Harrington, 16th Battery, 6th Field Artillery Brigade, of Moonee Ponds, Vic, aged 20. Prior to his enlistment on 9 July 1915 in the AIF, he served with the 58th Infantry Battalion, Citizens Military Forces. Gnr Harrington embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Persic on 22 November 1915 and returned to Australia on 20 May 1919.
