Description
Australian First World War poster issued by the New South Wales Recruiting Committee. A generic design to promote public meetings with the aim of increasing membership of existing local recruiting committees. Text only printed in red ink on a white background it has space left at the centre for organisers to add details of individual meetings. The details of the meeting, which was to be held on 8 January 1917, 7.45pm, at the Town Hall in Petersham, Sydney are added with black pen and ink.
