[Menu] HMT Ballarat A70 At Sea
Description
Handwritten dinner menu from the Sergeants' Mess on HMT Ballarat A70 on 28 September 1916. The menu has "Diner Adieu" and Sgt E H H Tilbrook written on the front. It includes such things Consomme Macedoine, Roast Sirloin of Beef, Parsnips en Creme and Stewed Fruit and Custard. The back of the menu has been autographed by soldiers.
