Studio portrait of 3486 Private (Pte) John Kerr, 11th Reinforcements, 12th Battalion, of Winkleigh, Tas. Pte Kerr enlisted on 5 August 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Ascanius on 10 November 1915. He returned to Australia on 27 August 1917 as a member of the 52nd Battalion.
