Keep 'em smiling!...
Description
First World War poster issued by the War Camp Community Service (WCCS) in 1918. It features an image in the top third of a marine with his arms around a soldier and a sailor. All three servicemen are smiling happily. The title positioned directly beneath and printed in blue ink asks the viewer to ' keep 'em smiling' by donating to the WCCS. The emblem of the WCCS is prominently positioned in the lower left . The WCCS was one of a variety of organisations which were set up on the home front to help support the war effort.
