Description
German First World War poster. Text only it consists of two notices printed side by side in black ink on a red background. The notices issued in 1918 under the order of Alexander von Linsingen, Commander in chief of the Mark (ie: the provence of Brandenberg including Berlin), state that in the interest of public safety in Berlin and the province of Brandenburg anyone spreading rumours will be punished with a fine of up to 1500 marks.
