Portrait of 407493, Flying Officer Christopher Frederick Cox, of Gawler SA, No 454 Squadron (Sqn), RAAF. He enlisted with the RAAF in Adelaide, SA, on 12 October 1940 and flew with No 454 Sqn in the Middle East. He was killed whilst on operations over Crete on 27 July 1943 aged 28.
