Description
An unidentified ground crew member from No 454 Squadron, RAAF, preparing to load a Martin Baltimore twin engine bomber with propaganda leaflets. They are tied in packets of one thousand leaflets for ease of packing into the aircraft. Once the aircraft became airborne the gunner would dispense the bundles over the target area.
