Description
Studio portrait of 3457 Private (Pte) Percy Cook, 11th Reinforcements, 5th Battalion, of Hopetoun, Vic. Pte Cook enlisted on 26 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Nestor on 11 October 1915. He was killed in action on 18 August 1916 in France and is memorialised at Villers-Bretonneux.
