Description
Studio portrait of 2850 Private (Pte) Cecil Stanley Samuel Hibbert, 6th Reinforcements, 22nd Battalion, of Sorrento, Vic. Pte Hibbert enlisted on 15 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Ulysses on 27 October 1915. He died of wounds on 5 October 1917 in Belgium, whilst serving with the 7th Battalion.
