Studio portrait of 4045 Private (Pte) Thomas William Willis, 12th Reinforcements, 12th Battalion, of Irishtown, Tas. Pte Willis enlisted on 4 August 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Orontes on 24 November 1915. He returned to Australia on 12 January 1919.
