Description

The formal dining area of the deposed Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's Presidential Palace North, located in Baghdad. This area of the palace remained untouched by the coalition bombing campaign during the early stages of the conflict, and shows the opulent tastes of the former dictator. The palace compound was the location for the Australian National Headquarters (ASNHQ).
