Description
A team from the Australian Security Detachment (SECDET) on piquet duty in front of the former Australian Embassy residence in Baghdad. Identified from left to right are: Corporal (Cpl) Danny Keefe, 1st Military Police Battalion; Cpl Mark Stanborough; and Private (Pte) Dru Ryan. Cpl Stanborough and Pte Ryan are both from of the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR). The 1st Military Police Battalion and 2RAR form part of SECDET and are responsible for providing protection to Australian Diplomats in Iraq.
