Description
Studio portrait of five soldiers. One is identified as: 3102 Private (Pte) Walter Henry Fowler, 7th Reinforcements, 21st Battalion, of Alphington, Vic, aged 18 years. Pte Fowler enlisted on 8 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Wiltshire on 18 November 1915. He was killed in action on 19 July 1916 in France whilst serving with the 60th Battalion.
