This poster was produced by the British Government to promote a 1942 exhibition 'Comrades in arms: Pictures of the Soviets at war'. The exhibition was part of a broader campaign to engender support from the British people for the newly formed Anglo-Soviet alliance by introducing them to the powerful punch of soviet propagnada.
