Signal Pistol
Description
The Manroy 25 mm signal pistol is the standard flare pistol used by the British Army. The pistol is a single shot, smoothbore, drop barrel design, using a thumb cocked hammer single action mechanism. The pistol is of all steel construction with black bakelite grips and is chambered for all standard 25 mm (1 inch) signal pistol ammunition. This pistol has a barrel lock to fit into a vehicle or aircraft socket. The pistol features a black metal retractable lanyard ring at the base of the hand grip.
