Identified: back row, left to right; VX141493 Lieutenant (Lt) John Bice Redmond, of Bundaberg, Qld; VX80404 Lt John Oswin Thornborrow, of Melbourne, Vic; Lt Norris. Front row, left to right; Lt Robson; Lt Paton; Major Fraser; Lt Wilson; and Lt Bones. Lt Redmond's father, Captain John Redmond, 41st Battalion, was killed in France on 5 October 1917 during the First World War.
