Studio portrait of 1016 Private (Pte) Frank Mason, 4th Reinforcements, 12th Light Horse Regiment, 4th Light Horse Brigade, a milk carter of North Sydney, NSW. Pte Mason enlisted on 30 June 1915 and embarked on HMAT Argyleshire from Sydney on 30 September 1915 for service overseas. Pte Mason returned to Australia on 8 April 1919.
