Description

Khaki canvas spare parts wallet for the BREN machine gun Mk 1. The wallet has brass securing buckles and an adjustable webbing carry strap. It is partitioned inside with four pockets, and contains the following: a rectangular oil bottle made of white metal with a screw top; a tubular brass oil bottle with a screw on dipper and leather washer; a multi function steel tool with a copper hammer head, a cord and brass pull through; a cartridge extractor; and a rectangular steel tin of spare parts, containing four springs, three wire gauze mats, five gas regulator cleaners on a ring, one cartridge extractor and a small steel pin.
