Description
Autograph book used as an album, containing 102 photographs over 40 pages (and many unused/blank pages) taken during the First World War. All images relate to the service of Stanley Charles Stuart, 4th Battery, 2nd Field Artillery Brigade. An electrician of Toorak, Vicotria, he enlisted on 19 August 1914 and returned to Australia in November 1918. Personalities pictured include Archie Semmens, Jack Martin; "Braith" [probably Henry Wharton Braithwaite]; "Bud" Attwell; Frank Edmondson; Arch and Rod Davis.
