Description

Graves of soldiers at Rabaul (Bita Paka) Cemetery, who died of malaria fever in New Britain whilst with the Australian Naval and Military Expeditionary Force (AN&MEF). Centre; 20 Private James Samuel Gray, of London England, who enlisted on 5 November 1914 and died at Rabaul on 4 January 1915 aged 34 years and right: 444 Private Walter Price, of Cheltenham, England, who enlisted on 2 December 1914 and died on 21 March 1915 aged 42 years.
