Description
Coarsely woven undyed woollen scarf. The short ends and one long side are turned in and finished with orange machine stitching. A selvedge forms the other long side.
History / Summary
This scarf, typical of the poor quality of uniform and cothing issued to many Turkish troops, was collected in Palestine in 1918 by the Australian War Records Section.
