Khaki winter service dress jacket for the Australian Women's Army Service, complete with self fabric belt, oxidised copper AMF buttons, and Rising Sun collar badges, sergeants chevron's on upper right sleeve, colour patches for Headquarters NSW Lines of Communications Area on both shoulders, and medal ribbon for British War Medal 1939-45 on left breast.
