Description
Lieutenant James and Lieutenant Edward Norman (Norman) Belcher, 1st Light Horse Brigade. Norman Belcher played for Geelong and Essendon football teams in the Victorian Football League between 1899 and 1906, on either side of his service in the Australian Commonwealth Horse during the Boer War.
