Teamwork Agreement

Full pay and employment conditions are set out in the AWM Teamwork Agreement.

The Public Programs branch is responsible for how AWM connects with audiences and delivers its public-facing mission—turning history and collection content into meaningful experiences.

Exhibitions & interpretation 

  • Design and delivery gallery experiences, temporary exhibitions and interpretive layers.

Military history

  • Provide authoritative historical research, interpretation, and narrative content. 

Education & learning

  • Develop school programs, curriculum-linked content, and lifelong learning experiences for families and visitors.

Commemoration & visitor experience

  • Manage ceremonies, guided tours, front-of-house services, and overall visitor journey. 

Digital & communications

  • Produce online content, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement products to reach broader audiences.

Public engagement & outreach

  • Build partnership, stakeholder engagement programs, and national touring and outreach initiatives.

National Collection
