Description
Letter written 16 April 1918 by 7110 Corporal Arthur Carter to his mother, while serving with 13 Battalion in France, during First World War. He writes after having spent seventeen days on the front line and recounts the events during that time, including naming some that were killed. The final pages of the letter are missing.
