Singers Kylie Minogue and John Farnham perform for Australian soldiers and local people at the 'Stadiun Municipal Dili', the main stadium in the East Timorese capital. Camouflage nets provide the backdrop to the stage, and members of the band of the Royal Military College (RMC) provide musical accompaniment. The concert is providing entertainment for Australian troops spending Christmas in East Timor as part of the Australian led International Force for East Timor (INTERFET). It is also being broadcast live to a television audience in Australia.
