An unidentified serviceman with a head wound has his pulse taken by an unidentified sister (corporal) from the Royal Australian Army Nursing Service (RAANS), at the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) General Hospital in Kure, Japan. The soldier was probably wounded during the early months of the Korean War.
