Man in the Mud
Description
"Man in the Mud" display in the World War One (WWI) Western Front Gallery. A life sized model of an Australian Soldier sitting in the mud of the trenches. The modeller supposedely drew inspiration from photograph E04850, that has a gassed man sitting in this pose, as he awaits treatment.
