During his trip he is inspecting troops, conditions and equipment, as well as meeting with senior officers with the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) and the British Commonwealth Forces Korea (BCFK). Here Mr Francis (front, back to camera), has boarded HMAS Tobruk to inspect the ship and its crew, and is speaking to the unidentified officers and ratings on the deck.
