Josiah Francis, Australian Minister for the Army is on a tour of Australian forces in Japan and Korea in December 1951. During his trip he is inspecting troops, conditions and equipment, as well as meeting with senior officers with the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) and the British Commonwealth Forces Korea (BCFK). Here he sits in a lounge of an official builidng for informal talks.
