Lieutenant General Sir Francis Festing (right, in beret), Commander in Chief Far Eastern Land Forces (FARELF) and Brigadier P N M Moore (centre, in peaked hat), DSO and two bars, MC, Commander of the 28th British Commonwealth Independent Infantry Brigade, have just landed in this RAF Vickers Valetta C2 VIP transport aircraft and are about to get into a car that will take them to their next appointment on Lt Gen Festing's tour of British and Australian installations in Malaya.
