Description

A dip and a splash in a Korean creek makes a welcome break at any time during the hot sticky summer, but if you've just marched ten miles and have eight more miles to go, it's especially welcome. These unidentified soldiers from 'Able' (A) Company, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), stampeded for the water as soon as 'smoko' was called during the march. They went in literally 'boots and all'. But in the blistering Korean summer sun, they will dry off in minutes after hitting the trail again.
