Description
When the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), entertained children from nearby war ravaged Korean villages to a Christmas treat, goods were distributed on the assembly line system. At the end of the line guests had assembled quite as much as they could carry. Some of the guests even backed up for a second and third issue the amusement of old soldiers who quickly detected, but did not stop, an old army dodge (trick). This young boy is laden with food, including tins of treacle pudding. The soldier assisting him is unidentified.
