Showing what can happen if you leave your washing out overnight is 27271 Private (Pte) Cecil Charles 'Andy' Anderson of Goodna, Qld. Pte Anderson has seen 14 years continuous service with the Australian Army. He was with the 61st Battalion, 7 Brigade, as a stretcher bearer in New Guinea and the Solomon Islands during the Second World War. From 1950 to 1951 he was in Korea with the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR) as a driver, and is one of the few 'Kapyong Killers' left in Korea. At present he is driving for Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR). (Original British Commonwealth Forces Korea (BCFK) Public Relations caption).
