American M26 tanks, each carrying a load of soldiers from the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), roar along a dusty Korean road near the truce line. The Australian infantrymen are working in close co-operation with American tank men of the 6th Tank Battalion during summer training exercises. A Korean adult and children are watching from the sides of the road.
