The responsible duties of Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) of the British Commonwealth forces camp at Ebisu, Tokyo, are at present being carried out by Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1) Les Moncrief, seen here checking a form with a Japanese typist. WO1 Moncrief, who has seventeen years of army service behind him, has been in Japan for the past thirteen months.
